Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order, zip code and the shipping method selected.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, a request for an exchange can be made for a replacement item of equal value. Should a replacement item be of greater value than your original order, a customer care representative will contact you for additional payment information. Any claims for a damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
To exchange an item please visit our shipping return portal, or contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Ship the item you want to exchange/return within 30 days of the date of receipt. If the item is not an exchange due to damage, it must be returned in the original packaging and in the condition it was shipped. One received in original condition we’ll send you your replacement item. We will not accept items that were damaged after receipt of the item. Opened CD/DVD/Blu-Ray/LP’s, apparel/hats that have been worn, and hot sauce cannot be returned.
If you would like to cancel your order for a full refund, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
