ELIGIBILITY: “Outlaw Music Festival Tour Ticket Giveaway” (“Contest”) is open to all legal residents of the states of Texas, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, New York, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, Arizona, and California who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Live Nation (“Live Nation”), Germania Insurance Amphitheater, Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, TD Pavilion at the Mann, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater, Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek, PNC Music Pavilion, Charlotte, Ameris Bank Amphitheatre, Merriweather Post Pavilion, Ak-Chin Pavilion, Phoenix, FivePoint Amphitheatre, Cal Coast Credit Union Amphitheater, Shoreline Amphitheatre, and Toyota Amphitheatre (“Venues”) and Outlaw Music Festival (“OMF”) and their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and their respective household members (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. No purchase is necessary to compete in this Contest.
ENTRY PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. on June 3, 2022 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on September 13, 2022. Entries for each event date must be received by 11:59 p.m. ten days prior to the event. Potential winners will be notified via email.
SPONSORS: The Contest is sponsored by Outlaw Music Festival LLC, VENUES, (collectively, the “Sponsors”).
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By entering the Contest, the entrant fully and unconditionally accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER: Enter to Win at www.outlawmusicfestival.com/contest. Your name, telephone number and e-mail address (if available) is required on all entries. Each entry may be submitted only once. The use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods of agents, including but not limited to Contest entry services, are prohibited and will void all such entrants’ submissions.
RIGHT TO ENTRIES: Where permitted by law, by participating in the sweepstakes, entrant grants Outlaw Music Festival, LLC and its affiliates the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use entrant’s name, portrait, picture, likeness, voice, statements attributable to him/her, city and state of residence, and other biographical information for advertising and sweepstakes purposes throughout the world in any and all media now known or existing at any time in the future, without further approval, notification, or compensation. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS, WHERE IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF NEW YORK, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. REQUIREMENTS OF A POTENTIAL WINNER: The prize winner(s), will be provided with a pair of tickets (2 total tickets) to a select 2022 Outlaw Music Festival shows. Ticket location TBD. Appearance by the winner at the OMF show is mandatory and no substitutions will be permitted. If the prize winner is unable or unwilling to attend the select OMF show or fails to respond within twenty-four hours of notification as a potential winner, an alternate entrant may be selected.

No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prizes permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. The Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and cannot be transferred. All taxes, fees , incidentals and any other expenses not specified herein including, without limitation, income taxes associated with the prizes and receipt thereof are the sole responsibility of the prize winner(s). Limit one prize per person, family or household.
CONDITIONS: By entering the Contest, potential winners agree that the Sponsors, the judges and their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, assigns and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest (collectively the “Releasees”) shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses or damages, including death, resulting from participation in this Contest or prize acceptance. All contestants, as a condition of entry into the Contest, agree to release the Releasees from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages and/or losses of any kind arising directly or indirectly from participation in this Contest or from the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize awarded or for any typographical, technical, printing or any other error in these Official Rules or in connection with the announcement of or offering of any prize. The winners shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prizes after they have been delivered.
INTERNET: By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. Entries not complying with these rules are subject to disqualification. If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all nonsuspect eligible entries received as of this termination date. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. The Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ANATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
WAIVER: By entering this Contest, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, direct, indirect and/or consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damage other than actual out-of-pocket costs that may arise in connection with participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and/or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by the courts of the State of New York. By entering, the entrant further agrees that this Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
