Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. We reserve the right to add a 20% restocking fee for returns when applicable.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Opened CD/DVD/Blu-Ray/LP’s, apparel/hats that have been worn, accessories that have been used, glasses, posters, sale items and hot sauce cannot be returned.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Damaged/incorrect items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, a request for an exchange can be made for a replacement item of equal value. Should a replacement item be of greater value than your original order a customer care representative will contact you for additional payment information. Any claims for a damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for the risk of lost of or damaged products during shipping (unless the item was damaged upon arrival or there was an error in your original shipment).
Sale items
Sale items can be refunded.
