Ticket Sales and Refunds
Kindly note that we are not responsible for ticket sales and cannot provide discounts, refunds, or assistance with inquiries regarding tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, Live Nation, or other third-party vendors. Please be aware that tickets are subject to applicable fees.
VIP Tickets
VIP tickets include one seat in the first 20 rows and one tour merchandise pack. Four to six weeks after the event, merchandise packs will be sent to VIP ticket holders. One week before the event, VIP ticket holders will receive an email containing information about the merchandise pack and instructions on how to acquire their pack.
Venue Specific Questions
Inquiries related to parking, lawn chairs, beverages, food, tailgating, RV/Camping, entrance and exit procedures, ADA accommodations, etc., please reach out directly to the venue. As the production company behind the tour, we do not have control over venue policies and will not be able to address venue-specific queries.
Event Accessibility
The festival is family-friendly and open to all ages. While most venues do not require a ticket for children aged 2 and under, we recommend contacting the venue directly to confirm their policy. For questions regarding ADA accessibility, please contact the venue directly.
Weather Conditions
All events will proceed rain or shine. If you have any concerns about delays or cancellations due to weather, please contact the venue directly.
Event Schedule

Photography Guidelines
Please note that professional cameras with detachable lenses, flashes, tripods, or video recording equipment are not permitted at any show, and the use of flashes during performances is strictly prohibited.

Meet & Greet Requests and Artist Access
We do not facilitate access to artists for photo opportunities, autographs, meet & greets, etc. Regrettably, we will not be able to respond to such requests.
Artist Performance Inquiries
The lineup for the Outlaw Music Festival Tour is already finalized. We will not be considering requests from performers seeking to be included in the tour.
