When do tickets go on sale?
Two-day packages for the general public go on sale Saturday, January 28, at 10 AM PT at http://ticketmaster.com.

How does the 2-day ticket work on event night?
You will receive 1 Ticketmaster barcode that will be valid for both the Saturday 4/29 and Sunday 4/30 events. Your barcode will be valid to scan once each night. Your specific seat location is the same for both nights.

Can I transfer my 2-day ticket via the Ticketmaster mobile app?
The 2-day event tickets may be transferred as a 2 day ticket only. The ticket cannot be split up into 2 separate tickets.

Is my seat location the same each night with the 2-day ticket?
Yes, your seat location will be the same each night.

What is your refund/exchange policy?
There are no refunds or exchanges once a ticket has been sold.

Security

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your ticketed time. Your safety is our top priority, so in addition to already existing measures, we have implemented new security features to enhance the safety and overall concert experience for everyone. Transportation & Parking

Parking is very limited at the Hollywood Bowl. Guests are encouraged to take advantage of one of our transportation options:

• Bowl Shuttle tickets are available to purchase through Ticketmaster outlets or on-site at each lot (cash only; please bring exact change). The ride is free for patrons who use their Metro Red Line TAP card within the last 2 hours. Departures begin 2.5 hours before the concert. Shuttle lots, locations, and prices are subject to change. • The Metro at the Hollywood and Highland Metro Station is just a short walk to the Bowl Shuttle. For information, check with Metro Trip Planner at metro.net or call 323.GO.METRO (323.466.3876).
• Rideshare And Drop-Offs are also permitted at the Hollywood Bowl at the LOT B Turnaround. Entrance to Parking LOT B is located at Highland Avenue and Odin Street.
• Park & Ride in one of our designated lots and let a bus take you straight to the Bowl! All lots are wheelchair accessible. Roundtrip bus ride costs $7/person when pre-purchased (fees may apply), $12 cash/person when purchased at the lot (exact change only; employees do not carry change). Park & Ride tickets are available online until 10am on the day prior to the concert. Tickets will be delivered digitally. After 10 am on the day prior to the concert, tickets may be purchased the night of your concert directly at the lot. Passengers with pre-purchased Park & Ride tickets will be given boarding preference, up until 10 minutes prior to the ticketed departure time.
