The festival featured the eagerly awaited homecoming of North Carolina’s own Eric Church who headlined both dates. The multi-platinum crossover superstar who had spent the 2015 on his epic “Outsiders World Tour” was honored with a stunning five nominations for the 49th annual Country Music Association (CMA) Awards, including his first-ever nod in the prestigious “Entertainer of the Year” category.
American Roots Music & Arts Festival offered many exciting events and attractions. The Taste of Raleigh Food & Brews Celebration took place at the festival throughout the weekend honoring the city of Raleigh and surrounding communities by bringing music fans together with local food, beer, & crafts vendors.
