The Taste Of Raleigh at the American Roots Music & Arts Festival

The American Roots Music & Arts Festival is proud to announce the Taste of Raleigh – a weekend-long celebration honoring the city of Raleigh and surrounding communities by bringing local food, beer & crafts vendors to music fans at the festival. The diverse initial line-up of local food truck & craft beers – announced here for the first time! – includes everything from mouth-watering southern BBQ & pumpkin ales to insanely addictive mini-donuts and even a few healthy options!

Available on-site at the Festival grounds all weekend for fans to enjoy, the Taste of Raleigh is sure to keep you fueled up and ready to enjoy the music of Festival Headliner, and North Carolina native, Eric Church – alongside an all-star festival line-up including Modest Mouse, Sheryl Crow, The Roots, Willie Nelson, Warren Haynes, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes, Grace Potter, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue and more! Celebrating some of the great culinary offerings of the Old North State, the Taste of Raleigh rides along with the hot Food Truck craze, offering a wide variety of mouth-watering cuisine from diverse local mobile eateries like The Pit BBQ, Bam Pow Chow, Red Rooster Pizza, Two Roosters Ice Cream, Dustys Donuts, and Healthy Grill on Wheels. More trucks will be announced in the coming weeks!

With the massive popularity of local and craft brewing sweeping the nation, The Taste of Raleigh Brew celebration is yet another example of how North Carolina is leading the craft beer movement. Presented locally by Lonerider and Big Boss Brewing, the Brew Celebration will include many of their perennial, seasonal and award winning brews, such as Lonerider Hoppy Ki Yay IPA, Lonerider Sweet Josie Brown Ale, Big Boss Harvest Time Seasonal Ale, and Big Boss Hell’s Belle Belgian Ale. Other selections will be offered by Bold Rock Cidery, White Street Brewery and Goose Island.
