ABOUT THE CONCERT

On Wednesday, November 12th, 2014, an extraordinary collection of music artists came together for “One More For The Fans! – Celebrating The Songs & Music of Lynyrd Skynyrd“, a special concert event taping honoring one of the most influential bands of our time. The concert took place at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia and featured star-studded collaborations by esteemed artists paying tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd’s music. An all-star house band will be led by GRAMMY Award-winner Don Was who will serve as the music director.

As part of the campaign to save the Fox Theatre from demolition, Lynyrd Skynyrd recorded their 1976 live album, One More From The Road, at the landmark theatre. The title “One More For The Fans! – Celebrating The Songs & Music of Lynyrd Skynyrd,” was inspired by that legendary album’s title.
